Heat oil and add butter in a pan.
Add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
Add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and cook for one minute.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kitchen King masala, Pav Bhaji masala, and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add fresh curd and mix well.
Add roasted gram flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and sugar, then mix well.
Add grated paneer, mix well, cover, and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
The paneer bhurji is now ready to serve.
