Ingredients
  

  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Medium Onions Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli Paste
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Paav Bhaji Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Curd
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Besan/Gram Flour
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 300 g paneer Grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and add butter in a pan.
  • Add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and cook for one minute.
  • Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kitchen King masala, Pav Bhaji masala, and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add fresh curd and mix well.
  • Add roasted gram flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add water, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves and sugar, then mix well.
  • Add grated paneer, mix well, cover, and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • The paneer bhurji is now ready to serve.
