- 3 eggs
- 2 spoons of milk or fresh cream
- 1 cube of Amul cheese grated
- 1 spoon of butter plus extra for cooking
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper powder
- 1 small wheat chapati pre-cooked and crispy
- 1 spoon of tomato sauce optional
Crack 3 eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper powder to the eggs.
Pour 2 spoons of milk into the bowl.
Grate 1 cheese cube into the mixture.
Add 1 spoon of butter and mix everything well until fully combined.
Place a pan on medium heat and melt a little butter or oil on it.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Do not stir for the initial 1 minute.
Slowly move the eggs around to cook them softly, keeping the heat on low.
Once the eggs are cooked, place the hot egg mixture onto 1 crispy wheat chapati.
Spread tomato sauce on the chapati if you like, then roll it up.
Cut the roll into 2 pieces and serve this quick egg paratha recipe hot.
