Heat the Pan and Prepare the Base: Place a tawa or flat pan on the stove, add a little oil first, then add and melt some butter over a very low flame.
Add the Spices: Into the melted butter, add red chilli powder, a pinch of salt, special masala, and black pepper powder. Mix everything well. Keep the flame low so the spices do not burn.
Roast the Eggs: Place the boiled egg halves onto the spiced butter. Let them roast for about a minute on low heat, then flip them gently to coat both sides with the flavorful masala. Move the roasted eggs to one side of the pan.
Toast the Buns: Slice the burger buns in half. On the empty side of the same tawa, lightly toast the buns to absorb the remaining buttery masala flavours. Once slightly crispy, turn off the stove.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small plate or bowl, mix one tablespoon of Schezwan chutney and one tablespoon of tomato ketchup. Spread this tangy sauce mixture generously over the bottom halves of your toasted buns.
Assemble the Veggies and Eggs: Layer the thin onion rings and tomato slices over the saucy bun base. Carefully place 1 or 2 roasted egg slices on top of the veggies.
Add Cheese and Finish: While the eggs are still warm, sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese over them. Spread some more sauce (or green mint chutney) on the top bun and cover your burger. Your delicious Anda Burger is ready to serve!
