In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped medium-sized onion, chopped tomatoes, and thinly sliced green chilli.
Then add chopped coriander, jaggery, salt to taste, and special masala.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, ensuring to remove the seeds.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add 2 tbsp of roasted chana dal and 2-3 tbsp of khardaane (salted peanuts).
Add 1 bowl of thin poha that has been toasted on a hot pan, and 1 bowl of murmura.
Add mixed farsan and mix everything thoroughly.
For added colour, include a little kashmiri chilli powder.
As an alternative, you can use 1 tsp of kanda lasun masala along with 1 tsp of oil.
Mix well and serve.
