- 1 medium Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 small Tomato chopped or thinly sliced
- 1 Green Chilli slit thinly
- 1 tbsp Raw Mango / Kairi peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder adjust to your spice tolerance
- 1/2 tsp Regular Salt
- 1 pinch Black Salt Kala Namak
- 2-3 pinches of sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Farsan / Sev and Papdi mix
Prep the Veggies: Start by thinly slicing the onion, tomato, and green chilli. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
