Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small Tomato chopped or thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Chilli slit thinly
  • 1 tbsp Raw Mango / Kairi peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder adjust to your spice tolerance
  • 1/2 tsp Regular Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Salt Kala Namak
  • 2-3 pinches of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Farsan / Sev and Papdi mix

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Veggies: Start by thinly slicing the onion, tomato, and green chilli. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the Tangy Raw Mango: Add the grated raw mango (kairi) to the bowl. This gives the Quick Farsan Salad Recipe a delicious and fresh summer twist.
  • Season with Spices: Sprinkle in the red chilli powder, regular salt, black salt, sugar, and chaat masala over the veggies.
  • Mix the Base: Toss everything together until the veggies are well coated with the spices.
