Heat oil in the same pan and add the cut potatoes.
Saute for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add a little salt, mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Saute for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Remove the lid and saute for another 2-3 minutes until the bhindi (okra) is cooked.
Add the cooked potatoes back to the pan and mix well.
Add 1 spoonful of the prepared fresh masala to the vegetables.
Mix well and cook for another minute on low heat.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat to allow the flavours to meld.
