Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and one medium-sized onion. Saute the onion, then add (ginger, garlic, and green chilli) paste. Saute for one minute.
Add turmeric powder and one medium-sized chopped tomato, then saute for one minute.
Add salt to taste and one spoonful of kanda lasun masala, then mix well.
Add two medium-sized peeled and chopped potatoes. Saute for two to three minutes.
Add 250 grams of washed and chopped capsicum. Saute for one minute.
Add two spoons of peanut powder and mix well.
Optionally, add a little water and mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for ten minutes on low heat.
