- Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1 medium-sized onion chopped
- 1 tbsp (Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli) Paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 medium-sized chopped tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Kanda Lasun Masala
- 250 grams of capsicum (Shimla Mirch), washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp peanut powder
- 3-4 tbsp Water

Instruction :
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and one medium-sized onion. Saute the onion, then add (ginger, garlic, and green chilli) paste. Saute for one minute.
- Add turmeric powder and one medium-sized chopped tomato, then saute for one minute.
- Add salt to taste and one spoonful of kanda lasun masala, then mix well.
- Add two medium-sized peeled and chopped potatoes. Saute for two to three minutes.
- Add 250 grams of washed and chopped capsicum. Saute for one minute.
- Add two spoons of peanut powder and mix well.
- Optionally, add a little water and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook for ten minutes on low heat.
