Ingredients

  • Raw Mango Kairi: 1/2 cup, chopped into small pieces
  • Mint Leaves Pudina: 1 handful, thoroughly washed
  • Black Salt Kala Namak: To taste
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons adjust according to the tartness of your mango
  • Lemon: 1/2 lemon juiced
  • Chilled Water: As needed for blending and diluting
  • Ice Cubes: For serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep the Base: In a mixer grinder jar, add your small, chopped raw mango pieces.
  • Step 2: Add Flavour: Toss in a handful of clean, fresh mint leaves.
  • Step 3: Seasoning: Add black salt to taste, followed by 2 tablespoons of sugar to get that signature sweet and sour flavour.
  • Step 4: A Citrus Kick: Squeeze the juice of half a lemon directly into the blending jar.
  • Step 5: Blend it Smooth: Pour in a little bit of cold water. Run your mixer until the ingredients turn into a very fine, smooth paste.
  • Step 6: Strain the Mixture: To ensure your raw mango drink is smooth and cafe-style, pass the blended paste through a strainer to remove any thick fibers.
  • Step 7: Dilute: Add more chilled water to the strained juice base and give it a good mix.
  • Step 8: Serve Chilled: Take a serving glass, add ice cubes, drop in a few torn mint leaves for a lovely aroma, and pour your prepared juice over it. Serve immediately and enjoy!
