Rinse the poha and let it soak until softened, then drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves.
Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
Add green chilli and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and mix well.
Add roasted peanuts and saute for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomato and saute for 1 minute.
Add Cucumber and mix it well.
Add raw mango and mix it well.
Add salt to taste and mix it well.
Add sugar and mix it well.
Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
Add the soaked poha and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
Mix everything thoroughly and serve hot.
