Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Poha flattened rice
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 Medium-sized Onion Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Tomato Chopped Small Size
  • 1 Medium Cucumber Peeled & Grated
  • 1 tbsp Raw Mango Grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the poha and let it soak until softened, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
  • Add green chilli and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add roasted peanuts and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add Cucumber and mix it well.
  • Add raw mango and mix it well.
  • Add salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Add sugar and mix it well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
  • Add the soaked poha and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
  • Mix everything thoroughly and serve hot.
