Combine the chopped onion, boiled potatoes, coriander, and green chilli.
Add roasted chana, salted peanuts, farsan and sev.
Season with black salt, chaat masala, chilli powder, and regular salt.
Add sweet and sour date chutney (and mint chutney, if using).
Mix everything well.
Optionally, add fresh corn.
Take biscuits.
Place the mixture onto the biscuits.
Garnish with fine sev.
Optionally, add fresh curd.
Sprinkle some masala, chilli powder, and coriander on top.
Optionally, add mint chutney.
