Deliciously Easy Biscuit Chaat (Ready in Minutes!)

Ingredients
  

  • Medium-sized onion, chopped
  • Two medium-sized potatoes, boiled and finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves
  • One Green chilli, finely chopped
  • Roasted chana
  • Sev (any type)
  • Farsan
  • Salted Peanuts
  • Black salt
  • 1/2 spoon Chaat masala (half a small spoon)
  • Chili powder
  • Regular salt
  • Sweet and sour chutney
  • Mint chutney (optional)
  • Fresh corn (optional)
  • Salted Biscuits
  • Fine sev for garnish
  • Fresh curd (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the chopped onion, boiled potatoes, coriander, and green chilli.
  • Add roasted chana, salted peanuts, farsan and sev.
  • Season with black salt, chaat masala, chilli powder, and regular salt.
  • Add sweet and sour date chutney (and mint chutney, if using).
  • Mix everything well.
  • Optionally, add fresh corn.
  • Take biscuits.
  • Place the mixture onto the biscuits.
  • Garnish with fine sev.
  • Optionally, add fresh curd.
  • Sprinkle some masala, chilli powder, and coriander on top.
  • Optionally, add mint chutney.
  • Ready to Serve
