When we think about common evening snacks here in India, familiar favourites often come to mind things like tasty vada pav, crispy kanda bhaji, or various pakoras.
One evening, my son came to me asking for something to eat, just like he often does! He really enjoys eating farsan (those savoury Indian snack mixes). Because he likes those flavours, I had an idea. I decided to try making a new kind of snack, something special that would mix the savoury taste of farsan with the tangy, exciting flavours of chaat.
I put together this new dish. After my son tried it, he absolutely loved it! He enjoyed it so much that he told me, “Mummy, this is great! You should share this recipe with everyone and upload a video about it on your YouTube channel!”
