Clean 2 bowls of sukat and dry fry them in a pan for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until crispy.
Wash the fried sukat with 2-3 changes of water.
Heat oil in the same pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When they splutter, add curry leaves, 2 chopped large-sized onions and saute until golden brown.
Add 2 chopped green chillies and saute.
Add turmeric powder and mix well.
Add 2 spoons of chopped tomato and saute for 1 minute.
Add the washed sukat and saute for 1 minute.
Add the washed poha (flattened rice) and mix gently.
Add salt to taste and mix it well.
Add chopped coriander and ½ bowl of grated coconut, Saute the mixture on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, add the juice of ½ lemon and saute for 1 minute.
