Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cucumber peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh sweet corn boiled with a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup onion medium-sized, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • 2 pinches of sugar or powdered sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup fresh yogurt/curd make sure it is sweet and not sour
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • A handful of fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prep the veggies: Start by peeling the cucumber and chopping it into small, bite-sized cubes. Next, thinly slice the onion lengthwise.
  • Boil the corn: Boil the fresh sweet corn with a little bit of salt until it becomes soft and tender, then drain the water.
  • Combine the base: In a large mixing bowl, add your chopped cucumber, boiled sweet corn, and sliced onions.
  • Add the spices: Sprinkle in the chaat masala, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, sugar, and salt.
  • Add the yogurt: Pour the fresh, thick yogurt over the vegetables.
  • Garnish and mix: Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything together well until the vegetables are evenly coated with the yogurt and spices.
