- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot Peeled & Grated
- 1 Medium Cucumber Peeled & Grated
- 1/2 Tomato Chopped
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Raw Mango Peeled & Grated
- Roasted chana, Sev, Salted peanuts Optional
- 1 Cup Puffed rice or Murmura
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Powder
- 1 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Bhel Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Homemade masala
Homemade masala:
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp regular salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp sugar powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
Combine chopped onion, grated carrot, grated cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, and grated raw mango in a bowl.
Add roasted chana, fine sev, salted peanuts and puffed rice.
Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add powdered sugar, chopped green chillies, homemade masala, salt, chat masala, and black salt.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy.
