Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 Medium Carrot Peeled & Grated
  • 1 Medium Cucumber Peeled & Grated
  • 1/2 Tomato Chopped
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Raw Mango Peeled & Grated
  • Roasted chana, Sev, Salted peanuts Optional
  • 1 Cup Puffed rice or Murmura
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar Powder
  • 1 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Bhel Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Homemade masala

Homemade masala:

  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp regular salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1 tsp sugar powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine chopped onion, grated carrot, grated cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, and grated raw mango in a bowl.
  • Add roasted chana, fine sev, salted peanuts and puffed rice.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add powdered sugar, chopped green chillies, homemade masala, salt, chat masala, and black salt.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve and enjoy.
