In this Bhel, I have used carrot, cucumber, onion, raw mango, and my specially made homemade masala. You will definitely like this Bhel. Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot (Peeled & Grated)
- 1 Medium Cucumber (Peeled & Grated)
- 1/2 Tomato Chopped
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Raw Mango (Peeled & Grated)
- (Roasted chana, Sev, Salted peanuts) Optional
- 1 Cup Puffed rice or Murmura
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Powder
- 1 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Bhel Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Homemade masala
- Homemade masala:
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp regular salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp sugar powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder

Instructions:
- Combine chopped onion, grated carrot, grated cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, and grated raw mango in a bowl.
- Add roasted chana, fine sev, salted peanuts and puffed rice.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add powdered sugar, chopped green chillies, homemade masala, salt, chat masala, and black salt.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Serve and enjoy.
