Traditional Piyush Recipe For Summer

This traditional Piyush recipe, made using Shrikhand and buttermilk, is typically prepared in the summer.

- 2 tbsp of Shrikhand
- 1 glass of buttermilk not too thin or sour
- 1 tsp of cardamom, nutmeg and sugar powder
- Crushed crystal sugar
- 3-4 strands of saffron soaked in milk
- A little water
- Pieces of almonds, cashews, and pistachios
In a mixer, combine 2 spoons of Shrikhand and 1 glass of buttermilk.
Add cardamom, nutmeg powder, and sugar powder.
Add Crushed Khadisakhar.
Add saffron-milk mixture.
Add a little water.
Blend everything in the mixer.
Pour into glasses and garnish with pieces of almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
Optional: Add ice cubes or chill in the fridge before serving.
