Ingredients:
- 100 g Dry Coconut, finely grated
- 50 g Poha (Flattened Rice)
- 25 g Makhana (Fox Nuts)
- 100 g Dry Dates (Kharik)
- 50 g Almonds (Badam)
- 50 g Cashew Nuts
- 25 g Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Melon Seeds (Magaj)
- 2 tbsp Raisins (Manuke)
- 4 Green Cardamom
- A small amount of Nutmeg (Jayphal)
- (8-9 Pistachio, 2 Almonds, 2 Cashew Nuts) Chopped
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus)
- 350 g Jaggery (Gud)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Roast Poha: Heat a pan and dry roast 50 grams of poha on medium heat until crispy.
- Roast Makhana: Lightly roast 25 grams of makhana on medium heat.
- Roast Nuts: On medium heat, roast 50 grams of almonds, 50 grams of cashews, and 25 grams of walnuts for 2-3 minutes until lightly spotted.
- Roast Dates: Break 100 grams of dried dates into pieces, removing all seeds, and lightly roast them in the same pan.
- Roast Dry Coconut: Grate 100 grams of dry coconut finely and roast it on low heat until lightly browned.
- Roast Poppy Seeds: Turn off the gas and add a large spoonful of poppy seeds to the hot pan.
- Grind the Ingredients:
- Poha and Makhana Mixture: In a mixer grinder, combine the roasted poha and makhana. Add 4 green cardamoms (peeled) and a small piece of nutmeg. Grind to a fine powder.
- Dates (Kharik): Grind the roasted dates in the mixer grinder until fine.
- Nuts and Seeds: In the mixer grinder, combine the roasted almonds, cashews, walnuts, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of melon seeds. Grind them coarsely.
- Dry Coconut: Briefly blend the roasted coconut in the mixer grinder.
- Combine and Form Ladoos:
- Add Remaining Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the ground ingredients, 8-9 finely chopped pistachios, 2 chopped cashews, 2 chopped almonds, the roasted poppy seeds and a few raisins.
- Mix Thoroughly: Mix all the ingredients well by hand.
- Add Jaggery: Add 350 grams of grated jaggery to the mixture.
- Knead and Form: Mix and knead the jaggery into the dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Shape Ladoos: Take small portions of the mixture and press firmly with your hands to form round ladoos.
- You should be able to make around 15 ladoos.
