Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized potato, peeled and finely grated
- 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves, cleaned, chopped, and drained
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 small boiled potatoes, peeled, cooled, and grated
- 1 tbsp (Ginger, garlic, and green chilli) paste
- ½ tsp asafoetida powder (hing)
- 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwian)
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Wheat flour
- 2,1/2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine grated raw potato, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, grated boiled potatoes, ginger-garlic-chilli paste, asafoetida powder (hing), carom seeds (ajwain), sesame seeds, cumin-coriander powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Add wheat flour and gram flour.
- Add salt and mix thoroughly without adding water initially.
- Add water gradually to form a stiff dough.
- Take a portion of the dough and roll it out thinly.
- Heat an iron tawa or pan and grease it with oil.
- Place the rolled dough on the hot tawa and cook until golden brown on both sides, pressing to ensure even cooking.
- Serve hot with yogurt, tomato sauce, chutneys, or pickles.
- Optionally, add 2 spoons of ghee or oil to the dough.
