- 1 tsp of chat masala
- 1 tsp of coriander powder (or whole coriander seeds, lightly heated)
- Salt to taste
- 4 Roasted Green Chilli (Less Spicy)
- 3 Roasted Green Chilli (Spicy)
- 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin seeds
- 9-10 roasted garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch of ginger (roasted), thinly sliced

- A handful of coriander leaves, including thin stems
- 20-25 curry leaves
- Wheat flour dough
- Oil, butter, or ghee for cooking
