Ingredients:
- 300-350 gm Okra / Bhindi
- Coriander Leaves
- Mint Leaves
- 6-7 Green chillies
- 8-9 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Roasted Peanuts Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Wash, wipe and cut 300-350 grams of Bhindi (Okra).
- In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, and roasted peanuts and grind coarsely.
- In a pan, heat 1 spoonful of oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add the coarsely ground mixture and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the Bhindi (Okra) and mix well.
- Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add lemon juice or dry mango powder and mix well.
