1Heat oil in a pan.
2Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
3When they start to crackle, add peanuts and fry until they turn light brown.
4Add onions and lightly fry them.
5Add turmeric powder and green chilli-ginger-garlic paste.
6Cook for 2 minutes, on medium flame.
7Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
8Add pav bhaji masala, pav bhaji powder, red chilli powder, salt, and coriander leaves, and mix. Then, add cabbage and mix it for 1 minute.
9Put the lid on the pan for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Mix it occasionally, until the cabbage is softened.
10Add chaat masala and Maggi masala to taste (optional).
11Add cooked rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, mixing it occasionally until the rice is mixed well.
12Add chopped coriander and mix well.
13Serve hot.
