Homemade Poha and Potato Pakoras: The Perfect Snack or Appetizer
Indians love pakoras and their crunchiness. They are a favorite of everyone and bring back some old memories. This pakora is made from poha and potatoes, which enhance the flavor. When served with tomato chutney, it tastes just right. I made this pakora for my son so that he can eat while working and he loves it.

1In a large bowl add poha, grated potato, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, green chilies, garlic, asafoetida, Coriander, onion, salt, and besan flour.
2Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly
3Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat
4Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil, making sure not to overcrowd.
5Fry the pakodas until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides
6Remove the pakodas from the oil and drain on a paper towel
7Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce
