1Mix besan flour, rice flour, ajwain seeds, red chili powder, Coriander & Cumin Powder, Coriander Leaves, hing powder, salt, and turmeric powder in a bowl.
2Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth batter.
3Add soda and mix well.
4Break each papad into four pieces.
5Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
6Dip each papad piece in the batter and fry in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
7Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
8Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
