In the video, you will learn how to make Aloo Paratha step by step and what you need to do to make it delicious. Although it is good to eat as is, it goes well with schezwan chutney (suggested by my son) 😊.

  • 1Mix wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, Ajwain and oil. Add water and mix it to form a dough.

  • 2Boil potatoes and peel them. Mash them.

  • 3Add (2 Green Chilli(Less Spicy), 1/2 Inch Ginger, 3 Garlic Cloves) Paste, coriander, Cumin & Coriander Seeds Powder, Chaat Masala Powder, Garam Masala Powder and salt and mix it well.

  • 4Make small balls from the dough. Roll them out into thin circles.

  • 5Put a spoonful of potato mixture in the center of the circle. Bring the sides together and seal.

  • 6Roll the paratha again to make it thin.

  • 7Heat a tawa on medium heat. Cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.

  • 8Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
