There are many types of Bhel. Bhel is everyone’s favourite snack. I love trying out new recipes, so today I made Bhel using Nachni (Finger Millet) murmura (puffed grains). It tasted really good. It is very easy to make and gets ready quickly. Everyone will eat this Bhel with pleasure, do try making it.
Ingredients:
- 250 gm Nachni Kurmura (Finger Millet Puffed Grains)
- 1 medium-sized finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped green chilli (non-spicy)
- Khardane Salted Peanuts (optional)
- Futane (Roasted Chana yellow and black)
- Chopped coriander
- ½ tsp Chat masala
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Black salt
- ½ tsp Powdered sugar
- Chilli powder (for colour and spice)
- Mix farsan (optional)
- ½ lemon
- Special Masala :
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp regular salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp sugar powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder

Instructions:
- Sieve the Nachni Kurmura to remove any impurities.
- In a bowl, combine the kurmura, chopped onion, green chilli, khardane (Salted Peanuts), and futane (Roasted Chana yellow and black).
- Add chopped coriander, chat masala, salt, black salt, powdered sugar, and chilli powder.
- Add special masala and mix farsan.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mixture.
- Mix well and serve.
