Ingredients:
- Chopped medium-sized onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Thinly sliced green chilli
- Chopped coriander
- 1 tsp of jaggery
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 tsp of a special masala
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp of roasted chana dal
- 2-3 tbsp of khardaane (salted peanuts)
- 1 bowl of thin poha (Flattened rice) that has been toasted on a hot iron tawa
- 1 bowl of murmura (puffed rice)
- Mixed farsan
- A little Kashmiri chilli powder (for added colour)
- 1 tsp of kanda lasun masala along with 1 tsp of oil (alternative)
- Special Masala :
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp regular salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp sugar powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder

Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped medium-sized onion, chopped tomatoes, and thinly sliced green chilli.
- Then add chopped coriander, jaggery, salt to taste, and special masala.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, ensuring to remove the seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add 2 tbsp of roasted chana dal and 2-3 tbsp of khardaane (salted peanuts).
- Add 1 bowl of thin poha that has been toasted on a hot pan, and 1 bowl of murmura.
- Add mixed farsan and mix everything thoroughly.
- For added colour, include a little Kashmiri chilli powder.
- As an alternative, you can use 1 tsp of kanda lasun masala along with 1 tsp of oil.
- Mix well and serve.
