Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Curry leaves
- 2 medium-sized onions chopped
- A pinch of asafoetida powder (hing)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic and green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- 250 gm chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (both colour and spicy)
- 3 tbsp roasted groundnut powder
- Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:
- Heat a pan and roast the peas until they get dark spots.
- Remove the peas and heat the oil in the same pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and saute them well.
- Add asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, and the crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
- Saute for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
- Lightly crush the roasted peas.
- Add the crushed peas to the pan and mix well.
- Add salt and chopped tomatoes, then mix well.
- Add coriander-cumin powder, garam masala powder, and red chilli powder. Mix it well.
- Add roasted groundnut powder and mix thoroughly.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
