Ingredients:
- 3 medium-sized onions
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1 garlic head
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 2 green chillies
- Oil
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Cup Water
- 250 gm Paneer Chopped
- Coriander Leaves

Instructions:
- Lightly roast the onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chillies in a pan with a little oil.
- After roasting, grind these ingredients into a fine paste without adding water.
- In a heated pan with oil, add black cardamom, a piece of cinnamon, bay leaf, and cumin seeds then saute this well.
- Add the ground paste to the pan and saute for about 2 minutes until oil separates.
- Then add garam masala powder, jeera powder, dhane powder, red chilli powder, haldi, and salt. Saute this mixture for another 2 minutes.
- Add about one cup of water to the mixture, adjusting the quantity based on the desired consistency and mix it well.
- Cover the pan and let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add 250 gm of paneer to the gravy and mix it well.
- Cover the pan and cook until the paneer is heated through and the gravy has thickened to your preference.
- Serve and enjoy this Masaledar Paneer.
