You’ve never made such a spicy potato recipe, it’s very easy to make and gets ready quickly. You can make this recipe as a side dish for your meals. It tastes very good, do try it.
Ingredients:
- 300 gm of small potatoes (chopped)
- Oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Curry Leaves Chopped
- 6-7 garlic cloves chopped
- 5-6 green chillies chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
- Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)

Instructions:
- Wash and cut the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add butter and let it melt.
- Add curry leaves and saute.
- Add the potatoes and saute on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue to saute on medium heat.
- Push the potatoes to the side of the pan and add garlic and green chillies. Saute until they are cooked.
- Mix the garlic and chillies with the potatoes.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add chat masala and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Optionally, add Kashmiri chilli powder for colour and mix well.
- Continue to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavours to meld.
- The masaledar potatoes are ready to serve.
