Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cleaned
- 2 medium-sized onions, roasted
- 8-9 garlic cloves
- 2 green chillies, roasted
- 1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, roasted
- 1/2 cup of dry coconut (thinly sliced and roasted)
- Some coriander leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder
- 1 tbsp chicken masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Kolhapuri masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Hot Water

Instructions:
- Grind the roasted onions, garlic, roasted green chillies, ginger, roasted tomato, roasted dry coconut, and coriander leaves into a fine paste with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Add the bay leaves and the ground paste.
- Saute the mixture on medium heat until oil is released.
- Add cumin-coriander powder, chicken masala, salt, and Kolhapuri masala.
- Saute for a minute on low heat.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the cleaned chicken and mix well. Saute on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add hot water according to the desired consistency.
- Simmer on low heat until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
