Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bowl Sukat Dry Small Shrimp
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 10-12 Green Chilli Roasted
  • 9-10 Garlic Cloves Roasted
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 Medium-Sized Onions Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Chilli-Garlic Cloves-Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin & Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Clean the Sukat and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Wash the Sukat thoroughly with water 2-3 times.
  • Make a paste of green chillies, ginger, and garlic.
  • Chop the tomatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
  • Add the ginger-garlic-chilli paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add the washed Sukat and mix well.
  • Add a little water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
