- 1 Bowl Sukat (Dry Small Shrimp)
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 10-12 Green Chilli (Roasted)
- 9-10 Garlic Cloves (Roasted)
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 2 Medium-Sized Onions Chopped
- 2 tbsp (Green Chilli-Garlic Cloves-Ginger) Paste
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin & Coriander Seeds Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Clean the Sukat and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
- Wash the Sukat thoroughly with water 2-3 times.
- Make a paste of green chillies, ginger, and garlic.
- Chop the tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan, and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic-chilli paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Add the washed Sukat and mix well.
- Add a little water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
